To help design your porch, our conservatory consultant will visit. He will call at your convenience, (evening or weekend). Using his knowledge of conservatory construction he will help you design an attractive porch that will enhance the entrance to your home. The options are many from full brick to half or full glass or PVCu panels. If needed we can offer a full architectural drawing service and apply for planning permission on your behalf.

Most porches don’t require planning permission, we will advise you on that. Nor does a porch need to comply with building regulations. All the more reason to choose a reputable company. Our installations meet all building regulation requirements, and if any electrical work is done rest assured that our electrician will be part ‘P’ qualified.

Once the plan is complete we will agree a start date with you. We might be replacing just the frames on your existing porch or building from scratch. If so our brick-layers will create a neat and tidy base on a solid foundation. We will attempt to match the brick colour to your existing property or offer contrasting options. The site will be left clean and tidy with minimum disruption.

Our time served craftsmen will then install the porch frames and roof, glaze, clean and seal. We can then plaster and even decorate for you if required. As with a conservatory, the floor can be left as polished concrete ready for carpet, or perhaps you would like to choose from our selection of laminate flooring or ceramic tiling.

A porch gives insulation and added security to your home, and if tastefully designed can enhance the look of the property.
